At 3 months off, I got a huge setback from cooking wine, the worst ever episode even worse than acute valium wd.

It felt like i took a huge dose of valium this far off from the 1 bite of a shrimp with cooking wine.

Would love to know how alcohol works to a brain sensitized by benzo wd.

Rahke’s Ramblings: “I need to raise another couple of thousand, do I have to go begging on Facebook again?”

I had my first ozone treatment last weds and it was great. I did not really feel anything much yet, but I was a bit sleepy afterwards. They told me I could have a detox reaction and get incredibly tired and non functional, but I did not. I went dancing that night at Ecstatic Dance in Oakland and had a great time and even drove the two hours home to Lake county. I did work for Uber Friday and saturday nights and then came down with a nasty chest cold, ugh. i have that still today, of course, but plan on going to marin on weds for my second ozone treatment for sure. Heck, the treatment kills viruses, too, so it might end my cold Thanks for all the donations. I need to raise another couple of thousand, do I have to go begging on fb again !! LOL I do hate being a beggar , though. I was once actually homeless in the Bay Area for a year , and I tried to panhandle a couple of times for food and no one gave me a dime. however, one guy bought me a burrito!! LOL

Bone broth and Glutamate

Anybody have bad experiences with bone broth? Apparently it can contain glutamine, which converts to glutamate. We make our own broth with quality chicken. This last batch was simmered for 2 hours because it doesn’t release as much glutamate when cooked for a short time. I ate some yesterday and was revved up all night and sleep was horrible. Any opinions are appreciated.

I’d like to know if adding spices, tomato sauce, or any other sauces to my cooked food can Rev up my symptoms… I used to eat anything with no trouble. But some times after meals I feel awful. Anyone with advise on this, please.

I’m afraid ican is right, I was on valium, the most damage I got are physical, neurologicaland cognitive. The physical pain and torture from neuropathy, parathesia and muscularskeleton damage is beyond belief.

On day 5 taking v, I could not walk with feeling of Parkinson’s disease. I have been completely bed ridden ever since then for the past 13 months and still bedridden now 70 days off.

I was going to gym and office day before taking v.

How do people handle the time change? Yesterday my 1st 2 doses I stuck to the new time then by afternoon symptoms increased. Today I am a mess. My last nights 9pm I took at 8pm. My 7am at 5am. 11am at 9am.
Is there any advice on how to handle daylight savings time change?
