I noticed when I’m wearing my glasses my symptoms get reved up my anxiety is Alot worse I can’t figure out why can someone please give me some insight

I had this while tapering, but not now. I could only use my reading glasses for a long while. And everything in the distance was blurry especially in the right eye. When I got it checked, the eye doctor said this was very common with benzo tapers in her experience. I hope it improves for you very soon!

I know when I wear contacts and switch to either eye glasses or nothing it would take a while for focus to re adjust and some mild light headed feelings. That was pre benzos, it might be possible that you are experiencing something similar but it may be more noticeable because of the benzo withdrawal. This is the only thing I can think of that I relate to this scenario.
